Your mission

Direct support to the CEO in strategic, operational, and organizational tasks
Coordination and tracking of projects, milestones, and internal processes
Research, preparation, and analysis of topics in health IT, regulatory requirements (e.g. gematik, SGB V), and market developments
Preparation of presentations, decision papers, and reports for clients and partners
Identification and evaluation of AI tools to increase efficiency in internal processes and products
Support in business development, partner relations, and proposal workflows
Acting as a liaison between internal teams (development, sales, HR, compliance) and external stakeholders
Contributing to the development of our digital infrastructure and automation initiatives

Completed degree appreciated (e.g. health management, business informatics, business administration, medical technology, or comparable) or relevant professional experience
Strong interest in software solutions for the healthcare sector and the digital transformation of the German TI ecosystem
Enthusiasm for applying Artificial Intelligence – whether as a productivity tool, in process automation, or as a strategic topic
Structured, self-directed work style with a high standard of quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2); good English skills are an advantage
Confident use of digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, project management software)
Discretion, trustworthiness, and professional conduct
Experience with AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is welcome
